Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Trigger Discipline. By accessing our website or using any of our software products, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Trigger Discipline develops and sells proprietary performance software designed for competitive gaming, including but not limited to aim-training tools, performance overlays, analytics software, and utility applications (collectively, "Software"). All products are delivered digitally via Discord.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time with reasonable notice to active licensees.

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable licence fee, Trigger Discipline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the purchased Software solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes on the number of devices specified at the time of purchase.

This licence specifically excludes the right to:

• copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software;
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or marks on the Software;
• use the Software on more than the permitted devices simultaneously without purchasing additional licences.

You agree not to use the Software or our platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls of the Software or third-party platforms;
• Use the Software in a manner that violates the terms of service of any game platform, anti-cheat system, or online service;
• Develop, distribute, or use the Software to create cheats, hacks, aimbots, or any form of software that provides an unfair advantage in violation of a game's rules. Our Software is engineered for legal skill improvement only;
• Share, resell, or redistribute your licence key or software access to any third party.

Software licences are delivered through our Discord server using your Discord username. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under it. Trigger Discipline is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Discord account.

If you suspect unauthorised use of your licence, report it immediately through our Discord server.

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed. Payment is processed through Sellhub, our authorised payment processor.

All sales of digital software products are final. Due to the immediate and permanent nature of digital licence delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a licence key has been delivered.

If our Software fails to function as described due to a defect attributable to us, you may request a review within fourteen (14) days of purchase by opening a support ticket in our Discord server with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess each claim and, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement licence or refund.

The Software and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of Trigger Discipline and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest beyond the limited licence expressly granted herein.

We may release updates or patches from time to time. Support is provided through our Discord server on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific response time.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRIGGER DISCIPLINE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIGGER DISCIPLINE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your licence immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease and you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except as required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via our Discord server. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be subject to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for matters involving intellectual property.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trigger Discipline with respect to the Software.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
