• Discord username: Used to identify your account and deliver your software access through our Discord server.
• Licence key data: The unique key tied to your purchase, used solely to validate and enforce your software entitlement.

We do not collect your email address, payment card details, browsing history, IP address, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above. Payment processing is handled entirely by Sellhub under their own privacy policy, and we never receive or store your payment data.

The information we collect is used exclusively to:

• Deliver your software licence and grant access via Discord;
• Validate your licence entitlement and enforce per-seat terms;
• Respond to support requests you initiate through our Discord server;
• Detect and prevent fraudulent licence use.

We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party for any purpose.

To be explicit, we do not collect or store:

• Email addresses
• Payment information (handled exclusively by Sellhub)
• Browser cookies or analytics data
• IP addresses or geolocation data
• Device identifiers or hardware fingerprints

Your Discord username and associated licence key data are retained for the duration of your active licence. We may retain records for up to two (2) years following licence expiry or termination for fraud prevention purposes.

We do not provide data deletion services. The minimal data we hold (Discord username and licence key) is necessary to maintain the integrity of our licencing system and prevent fraudulent reuse. Deletion of this data would render your licence unverifiable.

If you have specific concerns about the data we hold, please contact us through our Discord server and we will address your inquiry on a case-by-case basis.

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect licence data from unauthorised access or disclosure. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our software is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us on Discord and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
